The Office of Executive Policy and Programs (OEPP) provides administrative and financial services for the Governor’s Office, including the Governor’s Mansion and Grounds. OEPP also administers programs statutorily assigned to the Governor’s Office. These programs serve the residents of South Carolina by providing a wide variety of essential services including assistance to abused and neglected children, children with emotional and behavioral issues, victims of crime, people with disabilities, veterans, small and minority owned businesses, and those in need of help with home utility expenses. Regardless of the assistance provided, OEPP consistently strives to meet and exceed the needs of every one of its customers. Our motto is:
