State agencies are required to advertise all solicitations above $10,000 in the South Carolina Business Opportunities (SCBO), which is published every Monday and Thursday by the SC Budget & Control Board's Division of Procurement Services. They are now providing online SCBO to the public at no charge.

The good news is that there will be no more passwords, and no more renewal fees for SCBO's online readers. Hardcopy subscribers will still have to pay to have SCBO delivered to them, but they will have online access to SCBO at no extra charge as well.
